Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms "we," "our," and "us" refer to Engraved Candle Co. Inc., operating as WholesaleCandles.ca.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products

We specialize in wholesale candles, custom laser-engraved candles, candle refills, fragrance samples, and related products.

Because many of our products are custom made, slight variations in engraving placement, wood grain, bamboo grain, fragrance colour, wax colour, and natural materials may occur.

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork, logos, text, and design files are accurate before placing an order.

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the submitted design.

WholesaleCandles.ca is not responsible for trademark or copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

Uploaded logo previews are for demonstration purposes only.

Final laser engravings:

  • are produced in a single engraved finish
  • will not appear in colour
  • may vary slightly from on-screen previews
  • may have backgrounds removed before production

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Bulk pricing discounts are automatically applied where applicable.

5. Payment

Payment is required before production begins unless alternative payment terms have been agreed to in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed.

6. Production Times

Estimated production times are provided as guidelines only.

Production times may vary depending on order size, seasonal demand, inventory availability, and custom requirements.

WholesaleCandles.ca is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

7. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided during checkout whenever possible.

Once an order has been shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Custom engraved products
  • Custom labelled products
  • Subscription restock orders
  • Custom-made wholesale orders

are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.

Non-custom products may qualify for return in accordance with our Return Policy.

9. Product Variations

Because our candles are handcrafted, minor variations may occur between batches.

This includes slight differences in:

  • wax appearance
  • fragrance colour
  • bamboo grain
  • engraving depth
  • engraving placement

These variations do not affect product quality.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photography, logos, graphics, text, and designs owned by WholesaleCandles.ca remain the property of Engraved Candle Co. Inc.

They may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Website Accuracy

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, photographs, inventory levels, or other content are always complete or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engraved Candle Co. Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
