We take pride in producing high-quality handcrafted candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and labels (if applicable).
- Be purchased directly from WholesaleCandles.ca.
Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom engraved candles
- Custom labelled candles
- Custom logo orders
- Automatic Restock Program orders
- Sale or clearance items
If your custom order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We'll work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution where applicable.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us before shipping your item.

If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Purchases from Retailers
This Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly through WholesaleCandles.ca.
If you purchased one of our products from a retailer or third-party marketplace, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return or exchange policy.
