All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within ten (10) days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. Failure to notify us within 5 business days of delivery will result in us being unable to provide a return or replacement.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • This return policy is only applicable to purchases made directly from Wholesale Candle Co. Any purchases made at retailers carrying Wholesale Candle Co. products are subject to the respective store's return policy.
